This repair provides a "do-it-yourself" fix for a broken latch or broken brush arm or brush holder of the cleaning head module of your iRobot Roomba Vacuum. Within 10 minutes, you can solve the problem of the brushes or rollers falling out because of a broken latch. This listing includes a replacement brush or roller latch or retainer (the module and brushes/rollers are not included). The broken iRobot latch in the photo is for demonstration purposes.
Our family does 3D prints of hard-to-find iRobot Roomba replacement parts. This updated custom made latch is printed in PETG filament and is designed by _kaylarts_. If you replace your broken brush module arm with the same iRobot lever that has broken, this will likely happen again. Our new, improved, well-designed arm is made with top quality filament and has no moving parts or springs and there is no assembly required. It simply clips in place and it WORKS! This Brush Door Latch or brush holder is compatible with your Roomba i1 i2 i3 i4 i5 i6 i7 i8 j5 J6 J7 or J8 j9 i1+ i2+ i3+ i4+ i5+ i6+ i7 plus, i8+ j5+ j6+ j7+ j8+ j9+ as well as the i5 combo j7 combo j8 combo and j9 combo and combo max 10 (including plus models). Compatible with all i series j series and e series roombas.
These are NOT compatible with the S9 roomba vacuums (see our link below to visit our S9 roomba latch that we have for sale on ebay).
Easy to install! All you have to do is remove your old brush retainer by removing the screw, add this one in its place and secure the same screw in place again! We assume no liability in the use of these latches (please use at your own discretion).
