Celluloid Guitar Pickguard Gibson J-160e style , '30s vintage firestripe'

This is a good-quality replacement pickguard. It's the style fitted to vintage Gibson J-160e guitars (the 'John Lennon model') in the 1950s and early 1960s, before they switched to a larger pickguard. Also the shape used on recent re-issues (but not Epiphone versions).

Vintage style celluloid. Nothing quite matches the look of celluloid (cellulose acetate). It will add a vintage touch to your guitar.

Approx 0.8 mm thick with a nice rounded radius to the edge.

Each celluloid pickguard is individually made. No two have exactly the same pattern. It takes a beautiful polish and the edge is bevelled and buffed to a high gloss.

Adhesive backed with 3M 467 adhesive film ready for fitting. When the brown paper is removed from the adhesive film backing the lighter parts will show the grain and finish of your guitar's top.
