Antique Sparks Circus envelope with circus cachet.  The cachet references T. W. Ballenger, General Agent, London, Ohio.  The envelope has not been used and is in very good condition.  The top flap has sealed.  The envelope has been stamped on the back with the date April 23, 1929.
