We are a father and son team and have been trading professionally on eBay for more than 10 years.

We are a VAT registered business and VAT invoices are available upon request.

The vast majority of our products are sold with first class delivery and we aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm on the day we receive your order.  The exceptions being that we dont work on the weekends.  We have a very high dispatch success rate and our regular buyers testify to this.  Go look at our feedback for their comments. 

Based in Birmingham, we are located near the main Royal Mail depot and receive a daily collection which means all orders processed get an early start on the journey to your delivery address and we believe this is one of our fortunate circumstances and competitive edges because our delivery rate is quite high given the times we are living in.

All our stock is sourced from UK suppliers and we hold all the stock which is for sale in our shop.  It is rare that we oversell but if we do, we replenish quickly because we order and receive deliveries a few times each week.  We are therefore open to acquiring something as a special order on your behalf if it is not for sale in our shop.  Just send us an inquiry letting us know what your requirements are for a special price and terms.

We try very hard to accurately describe all the products in the listings and most pictures are taken by us.  To present the products in the best possible light, we use daylight bulbs which may affect the look of the product by making it look brighter on your screens

If a listing shows a zero stock situation, please let us know because we probably have the item on our shelves and just need to update the listing to reflect the correct stock level.

Our preferred method of payment is via Ebay Payments. 

We fully comply with the eBay returns process and for UK customers, you can return your item within 60 days of the purchase date with no questions asked. 

If we have made a mistake, then we will pay for the return carriage costs.

Where you have selected the wrong size or colour or quantity for example, then the cost of return carriage will be paid for by the buyer.  

The eBay returns process is a fairly secure and fair method for dispute resolution and you should open a case and insure you select the correct reason for the return.
