The good news is the board is in excellent condition! Practically new!

The bad news is the box has signs of wear. Please zoom in on photos.

Also, property cards are missing and please see photos to see property cards which are included. Houses and hotels are missing. There are eight tokens. See photo. Only 12 Community Chest Cards and 14 Chance Cards. Haven't counted the money and while all denominations are present, it may be missing money as well. All cards and money are in good shape.
