Vintage Oxblood Leather &Brass Cow / Horse Tethering Collar - Stan Ward Newbury

This is an oxblood English leather horse /  cow tethering collar.

The collar has a large solid brass buckle and D-ring for attaching a rope / bell.

The end of the collar is stamped with the maker:

'Records show that Stan Ward was a saddler based in East Ilsley, Newbury from 1939 to 1960.'
