Vintage 1970's Build the Fun Combine Set. NIB!! Never been opened staples are still in from manufacturer.  Item # PM 808 Made in China by Toto Toys. This is a educational toy that develops a child's imagination and creativity. Box is in excellent condition for it's age. Colors and graphics vibrant and clear.  A very small tear on bottom left hand corner.  Also some of the staples are loose but in  tact. See Pics.
