Returns Policy

  • All items are covered for 30 days excluding misuse, negligence or accidental damage.
  • NO RETURNS are Accepted for this Listing Unless Item Arrives Damaged
  • You can return unwanted items unused within 30 calendar days of delivery and we will refund once item is returned in original packing.

You will receive your items within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch date. When your item is dispatched you will be sent an automated email notification.  We do not process the orders in the Weekend, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.

In the unusual circumstances if your parcel can't be located by Royal Mail, they do not declare it lost till after 1 working days. Only after this time period will we be able to refund you the cost of your item.

We will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action or claims will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Guarantee

We will be happy to accept returns within 30 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. Please notify us before returning the item. A refund will be issued directly into the PayPal Account. We cannot cover the cost of you returning the item to us.

We will also happy to exchange the product within 14 days of the payment date as long as the product is not worn/used; with all tags attached. 

We try our best to refund/exchange ASAP but it can take up to 5 working days to process refund / exchange once item is returned.
