Delivery
Delivery to mainland uk is free via next working day courier - includes England, Wales, Scottish lowlands (see map below - zones A&B)
Please call/email for a quote on courier delivery to zones C,D&E - Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles (see map above)
All orders placed by 3pm (Mon – Fri) will be dispatched on the same day
Note that courier companies do not guarantee delivery on weekends
Collections
Collection is available from our 60,000 sq ft warehouse in Hayes, Middlesex. Please feel free to visit anytime between 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri.
Refunds & Returns
Our aim is to keep our customers 100% happy. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, we will issue a full refund (excluding P&P) upon receipt of the returned goods - no questions asked. This applies for 60 days after purchase.
If you are unhappy with any of our products or services, please always e-mail us or call us prior to leaving any negative or neutral feedback, and allow us a chance to resolve.
