General Switch Corp 30 amp 240 volt fuse panel pull out fuse holder -     HOLDS 15AMP - 30AMP CARTRIDGE FUSES

Look close at the photo - the "slot" in the back center of the pullout is HORIZONTAL when holding it so the fuses are vertical - this is the best way to identify it
