this is a gorgeous vintage oil painting (1987) done on solid masonite board depicting a wonderful springtime landscape of Adams Point (Danbury, NH) with a path going through a flower studded field by the woods - the artist, Gary Magnuson is from Barrington, NH which is near Danbury, NH where Adams Point is located - the very talented artist created the trees & flowers with incredible shades of green juxtaposed against even more incredible shades of purple & bluish-purple flowers on the ground & foliage throughout the trees -

interestingly, the artist also painted a mid-sized tree in the left-center of the painting with orange-yellow leaves juxtaposed against the shades of green & purple on trees around this tree - the sky seen in the upper left-center of the painting is a bright blue with white wispy clouds floating through the sky - the overall impact to the senses of this brilliant combination of colors is magnificent ! ! note that this painting should be shown by the buyer in a well-lighted room to reflect the lively & vibrant combination of colors that that artist created - the painting measures 24" x 20" sight size & is in very good vintage condition -

the painting is well-enhanced by its original gilded wooden frame which measures 27" x 23" & is also in very good vintage condition - on the reverse of the painting is a label that reads : "Original Paintings by Gary Magnuson, Barrington, NH - "Pathway - Adams Point" - note: unfortunately, my photos do not capture the vibrancy & true colors of the painting which in person are far brighter -

to save on shipping cost, buyer may pick the painting up at my home in Swanzey, NH -
