This hornet trap is designed to fit into a box, and will catch worker Asian hornets during the summer, and then Queen hornets towards the end of the year, this way you can easily catch and monitor hornet activity through the year. Comes with 2 in a pack

How to use:

Cut a hole into any type of box, hole size: 100mm by 50mm, insert the trap with cone facing inwards, use 3.5mm screws, bolts or glue to hold trap in place

Use the Yellow cap From winter up to September to catch Worker hornets as this is when they are mainly active

Use just the white trap (Remove the yellow cap) from September to October, as this is when the Queens are active

You can use the Yellow cap all year round if you like, as this will catch worker hornets all year round, but it will not allow queen hornets in towards the end of the year, for best results see above.
