Released originally by VW themselves when your car was new and revised when needed ever since then, this book is the ultimate for your Beetle or Karmann Ghia. It's now being printed in a sturdy hardback version with enough pages to mistaken for a phone book! No other repair manual has this level and depth of information. The Volkswagen Fastback and Squareback Service Manual (Type 3): 1968-1973 contains comprehensive repair information for the Fastback (Type 3 Sedan) and the Squareback of Model Years 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, and 1973. (Cars of each Model Year are usually introduced in August of the preceding year.) Throughout this Manual, the Fastback is usually referred to as the Type 3 Sedan.
