A) Payment Policy:

B) Return Policy:

i) Returns are accepted within 30 days of Purchase.

ii) If the Return Reason is "Purchased by Mistake" or "Changed Mind": 

The Buyer is responsible for the returning shipping cost.

iii) New items must be returned in their original sealed unopened packaging.

with all accessories 

iv) For items with manufacturer seal, the items should be returned with unbroken seal and intact.

v) When Return Reason is "Defective" or "The Item is not as described":

but make sure before opening return request, it’s really not as described, if item was as described and 

If opened request not as described so unfortunately, we have to proceed with a partial refund

Return Shipping is Free, you must return the item in the same condition as received.

C) In reference to eBay's Return Policy:

i) When returning an item, please make sure to provide us with a tracking number as soon as it is available

ii) Refund or Exchange as agreed will be processed within 2 Business Days.

iii) In case of a refund, you will be receiving a cancellation request that you are required to approve.

And we Can Cancel order if we have any doubt About Delivery Address or For Any Other Reason 

D) Shipping Policy:

All our Products are shipped via Royal Mail. The Product will be dispatched on the same day, as long as the Payment for the Product has been made in full before 14:00 hours / 2.00 pm. Purchases after 14:00 hours / 2 pm will be shipped on the next working day. Purchases during weekends will be shipped out on the following Monday.

E) Warranty Policy:

we buy our stock worldwide and from different Suppliers So if any reason warranty not covered in UK so all our Stock Comes with 12 or 24 Months Seller Warranty. 

If your purchased device become defective within the warranty period, 1 repair will be carried free of charge, subsequent repairs will be charged. Any accidental and liquid, any mistreatment of device is not covered by our warranty.

If the device has genuine issues and can not be repaired then a replacement will sent or if same device is not available similar device will  be sent.

We Can Provide Vat Invoice on request After 30 days of Purchase when 30 day return and exchange Period Expired
