Nippon Kempo is
It was founded in 1932 by Masaru Sawayama, whose real name was Muneomi Sawayama, who was a judoka and briefly studied under Kenwa Mabuni, a karate practitioner. Multiple schools and organizations have split based on Nippon Kempo-kai. Nippon Kempo not only includes thrusting and kicking techniques, but also joint techniques, ground techniques, choke techniques, and stiffening techniques, so it can be said to be a more practical martial art.
The Self-Defense Forces' hand-to-hand combat techniques are based on Nippon Kenpo, incorporating judo and sumo throwing techniques, and Aikido joint techniques, and teams are formed in almost every unit of the Self-Defense Forces.
This proves the high practicality of Nippon Kempo. In addition, Nippon Kempo has been popularized mainly in universities, and has produced professional athletes in boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts.

Nippon Kempo was founded by Masaru Sawayama, but I think it can be said that it is a martial art that was developed and spread by Masaru Sawayama and Ryosuke Mori.
The book is 32 years old, so there is some deterioration over time, but I think it is in relatively good condition. I don't think there are any noticeable stains on the DVD. There is no problem with viewing.
