Item Not As Described: When your purchase arrives and
you or your installer unwraps it, and the item is not as described, you should
report it to the seller immediately. Items
recommending or requiring model specific installers or licensed professionals
need to be unpacked by those professionals for a valid claim. Inspection should

INSURANCE: Every

arising under or relating to this transaction shall be in the court of appropriate
jurisdiction for Winnebago County WI. If any proceeding is brought to enforce a
party’s right under this agreement, the
losing party shall pay all costs and attorneys' fees of the prevailing party.
