These Elgin Pro Stock custom length pushrods add .050-in. to the stock pushrod length for LS engines to provide additional lifter pre-load lash needed for steep ramp profile performance camshafts used with non-adjustable LS rocker arms.
The 500-series pushrods feature .075-in. wall thickness (20% greater column strength) for increased performance; instead of regular .060-in. wall thickness. These pushrods are rated for spring pressures up to 400-lbs.
