Operation:
Short press: switch motor start or stop.
Counterclockwise rotation: duty cycle decreases.
Rotate clockwise: duty cycle increases.
Press and hold for 5 seconds: enter the setting interface
1. Short press selects setting parameters:
 1.1 Output or not when power on (ON/OFF)
 1.2 Duty cycle lower limit (Display as: "L"+ two digits).
 1.3 Duty cycle upper limit (Display as: "H"+ two digits or "100").
 1.4 Operating Frequency (Display as: "F" + two digits).
2. Clockwise rotation: Increase the setting parameters.
3. Anticlockwise rotation: Reduce the setting parameters.
4. Press and hold for 2 seconds: Exit the setting interface.
