Description

Up for auction is a fantastic antique Exact date unknown, but possibly 18th century German engraving. Depicts what looks like a shoe cobbler holding a shoe lass. The image has a cobblers stool and 2 shoes on the ground. All the text is in German "schuller die scfuche mache ich grok und klein sie muken neff und nach der move feim". I don't have a good translation of the text. It is signed on the bottom "I. Busch. A.V.", which most likely is the Latin form of Johann Busch, Augsburg, Germany. It measures about 2-3/4" by 4-1/2" and is in excellent condition (see photos). I have this in a plastic top loader case to protect it. This hard to find early engraving is sure to please. REFUNDS and RETURNS: Refunds must be approved, we are not a retail store. We auction at no reserve and we provide several large photos and extensive details about the items condition. If we honestly miss damage - then we will accept the item back within 3 days of receipt. There will be no refund for any broken, uninsured items. You must contact us first.
