Zinc oxide skin protectant is a topical product designed to protect and soothe the skin, particularly when the skin is irritated, dry, or damaged. Zinc oxide is a mineral compound commonly used in skin care for its protective, soothing, and healing properties. It forms a physical barrier on the skins surface, which can shield the skin from irritants, moisture, and environmental stressors.

Active Ingredients: Zinc Oxide 20%.

Inactive Ingredients: Boric Acid Calamine Cornstarch Juniper Tar Lanolin Resorcinol White Petrolatum.

For treatment of diaper rash: change wet and soiled diapers promptly. Cleanse the diaper area (perineum, buttocks, lower abdomen, and inner thighs), and allow to dry. Apply liberally as often as necessary with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or anytime when exposure to soiled diapers (feces, and/or urine) may be prolonged.

For external use only. When using this product do not get in eyes. Stop use and ask a doctor if condition worsens symptoms last more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away.

International Shipping Policies:

Flat Shipping Fee is charged on the International Shipments.

Orders getting shipped to Canada, North & South America, Shipping fee is $15.00 and $1.00 for each additional item.
Orders getting shipped to Mexico, United Kingdom, Japan and Australia Shipping fee is $20.00 and $10.00 for each additional item.
Orders getting shipped to rest of the countries, Shipping fee is $26.00 and $15.00 for each additional item

Sales Tax will only be charged for all orders from the State of California at the rate of 8.25%.

Returns made due to Damaged in shipping or defective product or In-correct product shipped from our warehouse:

1) We will send a return label in case of defective or incorrect products shipped.
2) Once we receive the defective shipment, we process and ship out a new order with in 2-3 business days.
3) We will also issue complete refund (product price + shipping cost) in case you don’t want any replacement item.
4) Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 3 business days.

In case you wish return the shipment from your side:

1) Returned products must be unopened and sealed, unless defective and Refused Shipments.
2) They must be returned within 30 days.
3) We will not charge any restocking fee.
4) We will not refund the shipping charges.
5) Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 3 bussiness days.
6) After 30 days, no returned products will be credited.

Customs and Duties:

VitaGen is NOT responsible for any and all packages detained/impounded/or returned to us by the country’s respective Customs Department. It is the FULL responsibility of the customer to ensure that these vitamins and supplements are allowed by their Customs. Customs regulations vary greatly by country. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.

International Customers may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, etc. These charges are separate from your shipping charge.
