Synopsis
From the 58th planet in the Gama Nebula, the planet Keron, an advance team is dispatched to invade Earth (called ""Pekopon"" by all extraterrestrials). The Keroro Platoon, a special advance craft unit of the Space Invasion Force, consisting of five soldiers: its commander, Sergeant Keroro, an assault soldier, Private Tamama, a mobile infantryman, Corporal Giroro, an operations communications staff member, Sergeant Krull, and an assassin, Captain Zeroro (later renamed Dororo), landed on Earth.
However, upon landing on Earth, the five members are scattered and Keroro, the platoon leader, goes into hiding in a house, but is easily discovered and captured by Natsumi Hyuga and her brother Fuyuki Hyuga, who are Pekopon (Earth) people living there. The main team judges this situation to be dangerous, and withdraws urgently, leaving the five members of their advance team behind. Left behind on Earth, Keroro becomes a housemate of the Hyuga family and spends his days cleaning their house and building Gunpla models as a hobby.
Eventually, the scattered members of the team gradually gather under Keroro's wing, and all five members finally come together. During the course of their stay, Angol-Moa, a humanoid alien girl from the Angol tribe, begins to stay at the Hyuga household, and the Hyuga household becomes even more chaotic. The days of the Hinata family are even more chaotic than before.
