Mangano Calcite specimens (Manganoan)Small pale pink specimens of Mangano Calcite, a pink variation which is rich in Manganese. This causes a pale pink colouration.
Mangano Calcite is typically UV reactive and fluoresces to a pinky-orange colour under 365nm UV light. I haven't quite gotten the hang of photographing mineral fluorescence yet, sorry!
