30 Day Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items for an exchange or refund within 30 days.

All returns must be returned in the same condition as it was when received. This includes all documents and tags that were included with the watch. Any watch that has visible sign of wear, or are scratched in any way, or missing any of the original packaging, will be returned to the customer at the customer�s expense, and the refund will not be issued.

In addition to this, we do not accept returns on any watch that was sized, whether by Watch Grabber or by any other jeweler. Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the same method used in the purchase. Please allow 1 to 3 business days from the time the watch is delivered to see your funds.

All products sold by Watchgrabber have a 1 year limited warranty, so shop with confidence. Although our items are all 100% authentic, genuine, and new, we are not dealers. The manufacturer may or may not cover the items under their warranty. We therefore offer our own warranty.

Our warranty covers and works the same as the manufacturer warranty. The warranty covers the movement of your watch free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover batteries, leather straps, or crystals, nor does it cover damage arising from normal wear, scratches, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair. The warranty does not cover any water damages as well.
