SHIPPING
We strive to package items so that they are not damaged in shipping. However if breakage occurs an insurance claim will have to be processed. To process an insurance claim it is important that you send pictures to us of all pieces of the broken item, the inside packaging, and the external packaging. Please keep all packaging until any damage inspection is complete. The claim process may take upwards of 10 weeks to complete. Please be patient and we will keep you informed of the progress. The price of the shipping is an estimative to the most distance location possible of us. We are happy to refund any extra in the shipping.
If you are using a POBOX as shipping address, consider that you might have an increase in the price of your shipping. This happen because USPS charges more to this kind of delivery, specially for heavy and big package.
We use UPS primarily as a shipping company.
We plan ship with insurance.
If you are an international purchaser, you have two choices:
1) Sign up with eBay for the Global Shipping Program and you only pay for us the shipping costs related with USA. eBay will charge you the amount to ship outside of USA. It is the best option in our opinion because eBay take care of all process to you. Check out in this link:
2) Ask us to calculate an estimate shipping cost to ship outside of USA, and expect to pay increase shipping costs and please message me for approval before bidding.
Our shipping price is based in the use of lots of shipping material to avoid any damage to the product. However, it doesn’t mean that a damage won’t happen.

INSURANCE AND / OR REFUND
If your item arrive with damages due the shipping process, we are happy to reimburse you.
The reimburse can work in two ways:
TOTAL REFUND: A total refund ONLY will happen if the item was completely lost or damage in the way that it can’t be used anymore. To have a complete refund you need to ship the item back, including the broken pieces and send pictures of the broken item and pictures from the packing box. The costs of the return belongs to the buyer. A total refund also can happen if you don’t like your item. In this case the return of the item is also mandatory.
PARTIAL REFUND: A partial refund will happen if only a part of your purchase was damage due the shipping process. The value of the partial refund will be agreed between buyer and seller. To proceed with a partial refund, the buyer need to send pictures of all damage pieces and the packing box and material. Also the buyer needs to keep the damage pieces and packing material until the process is finalized.
