This listing is for a pair of brand new, authentic & original Sporting ID ( Lextra,Chris Kay ) Barclays, English Premier League Champions, Seasons 2004 - 2005, Player Issue Size, General Style ( Non Champions ) Arm Patches ( Two patches per set ).

These arm patches relate to all teams ( with the exception of the reigning champions from the previous season ) participating in the Barclays English Premier League during seasons 2004-2007.

These arm patches are the larger Player Issue size goods measuring approximately 84mm in height by approximately 93mm at their widest point. The arm patches have a plastic protective covering which peels off after the heat press procedure.

The products supplied will be removed from factory sealed Sporting ID packets which I've taken the trouble to prove via numerous images. There can be no doubt by the viewer they're buying genuine items made by Sporting ID

Manufacturers application instructions are as follows :

165-170 Degrees, 20-25 seconds, Light to Medium 2 Bar ( pneumatic press ) peel when cool.

Ebay is presently swamped with fake arm patches - our listing are strictly genuine Sporting ID ( Lextra Chris Kay ) arm patches - I don't entertain inferior cheap fake arm patches. Fake patches devalue authentic historical shirts.

The attached images are of the actual items for sale.

Negligent Application Of Goods

The arm patches must be applied to shirts via the correct certified heat transfer procedure, utilising the correct settings and applied via a fully trained heat press operator whose been certifiably trained by Sporting ID or similar. I accept no responsibility for any damage to the product, your shirt or both during a non certified application.

These products are authentic Sporting ID goods therefore devoid of being defective. If for whatever reason a problem occurs during the application process you must submit a report to the manufacturer with all the relevant information on how these patches were wrongly applied and they will be able to confirm exactly how the applicator carried out the wrong procedure

Sporting ID will therefore require to know the time , date , location , name and occupation of the person carrying out the procedure. They'll additionally require a photograph of the existing heat press servicing certificate, the make model and country of manufacture of the heat press used. The heat, pressure, time and peeling process should also be recorded.

If anyone making a false claim about these products not sticking to the football shirt after following the manufacturers instructions I will, without hesitation, take them to a small claims court to recover all losses involved in the falsehood or fraudulent conduct.

Please note I will only post these items by insured Recorded Delivery Service in the U.K. and by insured International Signed For service for International customers.

Any overpaid combined postage fees will be refunded.

Thank you for viewing this listing.

Returns Policy

I do not accept returns on size issues. The size of the garment is clearly stated on the item description. It's impossible for any viewer to misinterpret the stated size prior to purchase.  I will report any attempted abuse of eBays return policy whereupon a customer intentionally reports a buyers remorse reason for returning goods under ' Doesn't fit ' scenario to avoid paying postage both ways. This is tantamount to fraud.

I'm legally bound to accept returns under buyers remorse. Such returns must be received by the seller in the manner originally dispatched namely that  the swing tags are still originally attached and untampered with, protected inside undamaged original manufacturers packaging (where applicable) and obviously devoid of any signs of wear, laundering, catches , pulls, stains or smells. I also expect the customer to likewise double bag or where applicable double box the product and in the case of bnwt shirts, protected in transit with full width cardboard packaging on both sides. I reserve the right to  apply penalty percentage fees to each of the aforementioned conditions being present on returned goods up to 99% of the original sales price. The buyer shall also agree to pay the postage fees both ways otherwise I reserve the right to initiate court proceedings for loss of goods at a small claims court.

I do not pay for postage costs associated with any transaction where buyers simply change their mind. It is immorally wrong to expect otherwise and an abuse of eBay return policy. Providing everything is in perfect condition on the products return then I still reserve the right to also impose a purchase price handling fee for wasting my time, packaging costs and associated petrol fees. Many companies in the USA went out of business primarily through astronomical costs associated with customers abusing free postage fee policies. The retail industry eventually recognised this viable threat to their longevity and no longer incorporate such ridiculous practices. If you don't agree with common sense terms and conditions then fine, by all means purchase from alternative sources.

Buyers Cost Liabilities

Buyers returning goods on remorseful conditions will have the following financial deductions applied to the original sales price:-

Full original postage / shipping fees. The fees were charged courtesy of the postal / courier company to deliver the purchased goods to the buyers nominated address details. This is a service agreed to by the buyer prior to purchase. It is a contract set between buyer and proposed deliverer.  I do not receive any funds from same therefore will not repay any part of it. The buyer paid for a service which was duly carried out accordingly. No refund should be expected or paid.

The buyer is not entitled to free deliveries from postal / courier companies irrespective of whether they decide to keep my products or otherwise. That portion of money has absolutely nothing to do with the seller or should be calculated in any refund. The service was carried out rendering accountability resting with the buyer.

Administration Fees:- The buyer will be charged up to a maximum of £10.00 towards the costs of labour fees and administration fees due to my financial loss via time wastage. This applies to wasted printer paper, printer ink and professional packaging associated with the sale of the goods. This sum will be deducted from the original purchase price.

Petrol costs :- A discretionary fee of up to £10.00 will also be deducted on petrol costs at the sellers discretion. I live in a remote location and depending on the weight of the goods may be required to make a 26 mile round trip to dispatch heavy parcels if uplifts are non applicable due to size , weight or other restrictions

Damage to manufacturers box, original packaging and swing tags. If any of the aforementioned are damaged or missing on being returned, I will apply a considerable percentage rate of up to 35% of the original purchase price as I can no longer resell in it's original condition.

Delayed resell of items being returned through remorse. I normally ship out my orders within one or two days of the sale. Couriers may take longer. Over and above the previous refund deductions, I reserve the right to implement a 3% time penalty for every day the buyer retains the good from date of receipt until date of dispatch. I expect you to return the goods as fast as I dispatch them. It is immoral to expect to keep products for up to 3 weeks for your own use - then send it back for a refund. That unfairly interferes with my stock rotation for a full month which is not acceptable to anyone. I'm correctly held to account as a seller and it's only right to apply the same conditions on buyers whom are required to return the goods within the same time factor as I dispatched them. Nor can I resell said product until returned and inspected and refund deductions calculated. Accountability is expected from my buyers. If you do not agree to these terms prior to purchase then please feel free to purchase elsewhere
