Topcon "Double Rail Bellows III in box with Macro Stage in box as shown, made in Japan. Also included is an instruction book for the later model IV, the only difference we can make out is the body mount is at least rotatable, possibly removable/replacable with the Model IV. Excellent condition, bellows material fine, all actions works smoothly, ready to use. 

If your interest is in using this note this has fixed Exakta/Topcon bayonets on both ends so you may need to add adapters depending on the lenses and bodies you want to use this on.
