WE DO NOT SPEAK RUSSIAN BUT GOING THROUGH THE BOOK THE OLDEST STAMPS ARE FROM 1962 PICTURED AND THEY GO UP TO THE 1990S. I DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT STAMP COLLECTION AND DO NOT WANT TO DECEIVE THE BUYER BUT BELIEVE THE STAMPS HAVE NEVER BEEN USED AND KEPT IN MINT CONDITION IN THE BOOK. ALSO, I COULD NOT PICTURE EVERY PAGE SO THERE ARE MORE THAN PICTURED.
