ALL proceeds from the sale of this item are given to the Washington, DC Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society, Inc. (DCNRHS).  The DCNRHS operates DOVER HARBOR and maintains a reference library (which is currently looking for a new home).  DCNRHS’ mission is to “expand the public appreciation of railroads and their history through preservation and education.”  The DCNRHS is a non-profit 501(c)(3) education organization, chartered in the District of Columbia in 1944.
