A very interesting addition to any collection relating to Dawn Covers who produced Football themed First Day Covers.

4 15cm by 10cm Postcards produced for Dawn Covers as number 16 in the Second Series of Paintings featuring different Clubs, events and celebrities in Football.

All 4 are the same front design with two bearing 19th May 1999 postmarks as shown and printed details of the 1999 ECWC Final between Lazio and Real Mallorca.

ALSO INCLUDED is the small Compliments Slip from Dawn Covers with a hand written message from Stuart Renshaw who owned Dawn Covers with the message sent to ' Bryan ' who was Bryan Horsnell the well known Football memorabilia collector and dealer.

The 4 cards seem to have been sent to Bryan Horsnell as a thank you for a review or similar probably in one of the Football magazines that he wrote for.
