Lambretta headset grips grey pair TZR type handlebar with Black bar ends

These are our new grey TZR type handlebar grips.

Suitable for all Series 3 scooters.

They are slightly longer than standard grips so are best fitted in conjunction with our polished alloy bar ends.

Designed by Mark Broadhurst in the 1980s to suit hydraulic master cylinder conversions.

A trick to fit grips is to use a squirt of hairspray on the bar - when it is wet it acts like a lubricant but it dries off to act like a glue.

Comes with a pair of our popular alloy bar end weights now anodised in 6 different colours these are a black pair the bar ends are lightly bead blasted then anodised to give a Matt finish.

The alloy bar ends tap into each end of late SX and GP handlebars.

These bar ends effectively extend the length of the bars which suits Yamaha type clutch and brake levers (requires a slight modification for the early Series 3 rods two slits need cutting into the alloy) Just to be on the safe side always use a small amount of loctite when fitting and use a soft hammer to tap them into the handlebars.

Our workshop is possibly the largest in the world, all designed to work on Lambrettas with sections for tuning, engineering, repairs, dyno testing, engine rebuilding, fork jigging and overhauling, frame jigging and repair work, welding repairs to casings, frame bodywork by gas, Mig and Tig.
