For Delivery, we use Royal Mail. Most orders are delivered with you within 1-3 working days. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday).  We do have a faster delivery option available for most item's at checkout for a small extra charge. PLEASE NOTE: Most deliveries depending on value of order are sent with signature required post therefore will require a signature.. And now with eBay's click and collect @ Argos you can have the item's sent to your chosen Argos store, please select this when making payments via paypal. Please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout, as we can only send to the address that will come through paypal. This is an eBay policy. What do I do if I have not received my delivery? Please call us or send a message via eBay messages and we'll get back to you quickly with a response and tracking information. How much does delivery cost and how long will it take? All of our listings have free delivery to UK mainland addresses and sent via our standard 1-3 day delivery service. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends. What happens if I'm not at home to accept delivery? If you are not available to sign for your delivery, Royal mail will leave a while you were out card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect the parcel, please follow the instructions on the card.

Elma Jewellery offer a 30 day return / Exchange policy (excluding personalised engraved rings & special custom Ordered rings). Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. Please include a copy of your Invoice in with your item(s), and your ebay username ,as this is the proof of purchase. Failure to do so can delay your refund / exchange.
