What are your opening hours?

We're here from 9am until 5pm Monday - Friday. We do our very best to respond to enquiries outside of office hours.

Are your products in stock?

Yes, we have a large warehouse and we ship from the warehouse directly to you.

Are you a UK based seller?

Yes, we're in Manchester and every product comes from our UK head office.

What's your return policy?

We have a 14 day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition & packaging. The organising & cost of the return is the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I pay over the phone?

Sadly not, all purchases must go through eBay and paid for via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase.

Is Delivery Free?

Yes, unless you would like an expedited delivery service, or if you live in an area that isn't classed as UK Mainland.

Returns

Should you wish to return your item to us for any reason, please contact us first through eBay and we will try our utmost to resolve any issue with your order.

We will accept returns/refunds within 14 days of purchase.

In order for us to accept a return, we will require that you to print off postage labels that we send to you.

Please re-pack the item with care using all original packaging and enclose the invoice.

Return postage will be paid by the buyer in all cases unless there is a manufacturing fault or the order is damaged in transit.

If you feel that your item is defective, we will require photographic evidence in ALL cases before authorising a refund.

If the item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing error we will arrange for collection through one of our carriers, please do not return the item to us yourself.

If you are returning the item to us for a reason other than a manufacturing fault, you are responsible for the cost and arrangement of postage.

Upon receipt of the item, we shall refund the cost of the item after checking the item thoroughly.

By purchasing any items, you are agreeing to our return policy details and we will not accept any returns nor will we refund any money unless ALL of our policies are adhered to.
