Once you have approved the estimate, we will send you a PayPal payment request. The payment request will include the exact amount that you will need to pay for the customization.

Once we have received payment, we will begin working on your customization. We will keep you updated on the progress of your customization, and we will notify you when it is complete.

Estimated delivery time is around 5-7 days after realization of payment (Most of the time it is much earlier).

The shipping will occur Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays. and it will be handled within 1-2 working days after receiving the payment and correct measurements.

If you find that product is not as per product detail, we will accept a return for Item within 30 days of receiving item in original condition as it was sent and we will refund you EXCLUDING shipping charges.
