Melting dish round ceramic crucible can be used for Melting Gold, Silver, Brass, Copper and other metals. Crucible is a small size dish used for melting nonferrous precious metals.  Dish Crucible is long lasting, made of Fused Silica and withstands temperatures up to 2500°F/1371°C.

The melting dish has a pouring spout, crucible can be handled with a Tong or "Whip Handle"

NOTE: Pre-heat the crucible prior to use, it is advised that ceramic dish be glazed with Borax.
