Delivery information
We use Royal Mail 1st Class Post (outside the UK - Airmail) for all small packages which are sent out same day where possible if ordered before 2pm.
We use DPD, UPS, UK Mail and Parcel Force. UK next working day delivery (3-6 days outside the UK) for large items which are usually shipped the same day if ordered before 2pm.
Please note we will use the best delivery method available to us at the time. All delivery time-scales are given as a guide only.
HORN Furniture & Cabinets are delivered by specialist carrier and setup in your home. HORN cabinet deliveries can take up to 4 weeks.
Refund & 30 Day Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we operate upto a 30 day returns policy.
Inform us of your intent to return the goods within seven days of the date that the goods are delivered and must return them at your expense in the condition that they were supplied, complete and in 'as new' condition e.g if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging in any way. (A charge may be made to bring the item back to as new condition). Goods should be returned with the original box, packing, and all accessories. Any FREE gifts received with the product must also be returned intact.
If you wish to return an item within 14 days from your order date you must inform us within that period, you must return the goods at your expense, your refund will be subject to a restocking fee and any costs relating to shortage of contents, damage and bringing the product back to the condition when it was supplied. We regret we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit or any return costs. Original postage fees will not be refunded.

Delivery information
Sewing machines, overlockers, steam/roller presses and other large items are dispatched via DPD. Knitting machines are dispatched via DHL.
We offer FREE next working day delivery to UK mainland customers. Delivery to locations outside the UK mainland typically take 3 - 6 working days. Orders for machines and other large items placed before 2pm, are usually dispatched the same working day.
All other products are sent using a tracked Yodel service ( For destinations outside the UK mainland Yodel or Evri may also be used). Smaller parcels ordered before 2pm are also dispatched the same working day wherever possible.
Horn Furniture & Cabinets are delivered by a specialist courier arranged directly by Horn. Your furniture will be delivered and professionally installed in your home. Please allow 7 - 28 working days for Horn cabinet deliveries.
Please note that we reserve the right to use the most suitable delivery service available at the time of dispatch. All delivery times are estimated and are provided for guidance only.
Refund & 30 Day Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be sent back at the buyer's expense and must be in the same condition as supplied, complete, unused and in their original packaging.

To arrange a return, please request this through your eBay purchase history within the applicable return period. Please include a copy of your order number with your return.
Returned items must be:
Complete with all accessories, manuals and any free gifts supplied.
In their original packaging.
In the same condition in which they were received.
You may inspect the item as you would in a retail store, however if an item has been used beyond what is reasonable to inspect and test, or if the product is returned damaged, incomplete or with missing parts, we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Where a return is due to ?a change of mind?, the buyer is responsible for return postage. Original delivery charges may only be refunded where required and a condition based deduction may be issued if the item is returned used, damaged or missing parts.
If your item arrives damaged, fault, or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will address and resolve this issue promptly for you.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit, before they reach us.
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described:

Software that has been opened, activated or unsealed.
Books, patterns or other media, where the protective seal has been broken.
Parts, accessories, needles, blades or similar items that have been fitted, installed or used, where this affects their resale value.
