The Injen SP1974BLK Short Ram Intake is engineered specifically for the 2007–2012 Nissan Altima with the 2.5L L4 engine and automatic transmission. This intake system enhances engine performance by increasing airflow, resulting in dyno-proven gains of up to 10 horsepower and 11 lb-ft of torque. The short ram design improves throttle response and provides an aggressive engine tone under full throttle.
Utilizing Injen’s patented MegaRam (MR) and Air Fusion technologies, the SP1974BLK maintains safe air/fuel ratios without the need for additional tuning. The 6061-T6 aluminum intake tubing ensures durability and a sleek appearance, while the fully serviceable Injen SuperNano-Web dry air filter offers increased surface area for greater airflow and superior filtration.
Installation is straightforward with the included hardware and user manual. Please note that this product is CARB certified (EO #: D-476-8), ensuring compliance with California emissions regulations. However, it is not compatible with SULEV vehicles.
