This is a no background decal. Whatever you apply the decals to is your background color. All decals come with a transfer tape applied over the top for an easy installation. After installation, carefully remove application tape (the tape over the actual decal). These decals are made from quality 6 year outdoor/indoor vinyl. Please ask if you have any questions. Thanks!
