technically, I have to say it is used. However, it is in excellent condition! The grip, oak shaft, and shaft band look brand new. There are some blemishes on the metal part of the head (greyish spots) and a light scuff about an inch in length along the face. It was custom made in Goodyear, Arizona , the head of the putter is made of mahogany. I think it would get a 9 out of 10
