We ship utilizing the USPS, and our standard form for shipment is first class bubble shipping with tracking for anything up to 16 ounces, and from there we utilize what makes the most sense to satisfy your order. We do not ship pwe nor do we ship with the eBay standard envelope program; as both have had major issues. We will combine shipping at a rate of .25 cents per card on average, and lots will be taken on a case by case scenario. We will strive to do our best to keep shipping costs as low as we can, but shipping rates do keep going up.
