PRIMECOOLER PC-NBHP2 is a highly efficient and lightweight radiator made of aluminum and copper. With a large number of fins obtained a very large area of ​​heat dissipation and easily copes with the older and the latest chipsets. The heat sink has a copper base and tube heat pipe. The use of aluminum fins have substantially reduced the weight of the heat sink. It is designed for passive and active (so attached to the set fan) cooling the chipset.
