This kayak-based design is for use in operations that may require immersion or swimming in water. Engineered for all-day comfort. This design allows full freedom of upper body movements such as climbing and uninhibited use of sidearms and rifles.

You can use any address for the shipment and please be sure it is correct and complete.
In case an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided to us, S&H costs in both ways will be reduced from the credit after returned to us.
PayPal requirement: Orders above $750 will ship with signature required. Please track your package to avoid the return to us. In case it will, we'll credit you less our S&H costs. Before it is returned to us, UPS will try 3 times to deliver.
We may ship each product separately from different warehouses, but we'll be able to combine some orders. Don't hesitate to contact us for more information about combining your orders.
We reserve the right to ship by any carrier at our discretion. If you require a specific carrier, please note it when you checkout at the end of your order. If you are requesting UPS shipping, please not UPS cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes and your order will be shipped by USPS.

An RMA must be obtained within 30 days upon received shipment and prior to returning any item.
Software, manuals, electronics chart cards are non refundable due to manufacture policies and there is an additional re-stocking fee for unopened package. Please note that some brands like Yealink, Yeastar, Netgear, Victron, Adtran, Bogen, LogicMark, Sangoma, CyberData items cannot be returned once opened due to manufacture policies so please be sure this is the correct model number you need before it is opened. In case the item is defective, the end user needs to directly contact the manufacture to troubleshoot and then receive a RMA# from them.

The product must be returned in original condition with all the accessories included.
