Failure to do so can result in instant refusal to fix. Discuss this with us first if this is the case.

We do not accept junk purchased in the hope that you can simply send it to us for repair.

If your repair is not fixable, because suitable parts or equivalents are not available, a refund minus return postage will be issued.

A link for payment of parts will be sent separately and are subject to be an additional eBay buyer protection fee which is applied by eBay automatically.

This is beyond our control and is a percentage of the parts fee and may be variable.

Payment for parts will be required before return dispatch of completed repair.

No refund is given if your fault or issue turns out to be of user error or because you have sent items that are not faulty or in error. Bench fees for time spent will apply.
