  Who are we?

  Petrolscooter is part of the No Nonsense Products & Services Ltd group, and has been proudly assisting buyers since 1999.

  We have grown to be one of the UK's largest online distributors of parts for powered leisure bikes and associated products markets. In addition, we offer a wide range of branded products for the home and garden and general lifestyle.

  We stock over 5 million items, and dispatch up to 40,000 orders per month; we hope you can be one of our customers today.

• Payment

  Pay securely for all goods through eBay's managed payment system. You decide at checkout your preferred method.

• Shipping

  What is the shipping cost to my UK destination?
  For 99% of the UK, all products are priced with free shipping included. See the sales channel shipping box for estimated delivery times, these vary based on the time of day, or if ordering around a Bank Holiday or weekend, when you are likely to receive your order.
  
  When will my item be despatched?
  See the sales channel shipping box for estimated delivery times, these vary based on the time of day you order, or, if ordering around a Bank Holiday or weekend, when you are likely to receive your order. 99.9% of all orders are dispatched before 2.30pm Monday-Friday on the same day (excluding Bank Holidays). All other orders will leave on the next working day. Sometimes IT issues, adverse weather and other unusual events which we are unable to control, can cause a delay to dispatch.
  

  
  

  Who will deliver my item and how long will it take?
  

  For Small Letter size items, we use Royal Mails 2nd class service: This offers an unguaranteed 2-3 working day delivery. This covers all of the UK including Highlands and offshore Islands.
  For Large Letter size items, we use Royal Mail 48: This offers an unguaranteed 2-3 working day delivery. This covers all of the UK including Highlands and offshore Islands.
  For everything else we use recognised 2-3 working day tracked courier services. For offshore Islands and Highlands there are subsidised surcharges, and the delivery time frame can take up to an unguaranteed 3-5 working days. Delivery will be by recognised courier services or Royal Mail.
  For some larger or high value items, and items where customers choose to upgrade to a next working day delivery, we use recognised next working day courier services. These deliver in most cases next working day, but are not guaranteed. These services do not offer a next day to offshore Islands and Highlands, so the delivery timeframe would remain at 3-5 working days.
  The estimated delivery date is listed within the shipping box on every sales listing, but please understand that this is always estimated.

  How can I get help with shipping or tracking?
  Please send us an eBay message for any questions that you have about shipping. Please allow suitable time for answers around weekends or Bank Holidays.

  
  
• Returns

  What is the basic returns policy?
  We allow returns of unused, undamaged items for refund or exchange within 30 days. This period may be extended during the Christmas period of November and December, which will be stated on the listing. Exchange or store credit may be offered after this time at our discretion.
  
  Who pays for return postage?
  Where we make a mistake or send you an item that is different to the displayed item we will of course pay the return shipping cost. For all other returns the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Where we agree to pay for the return shipping costs we will provide a free-of-charge Royal Mail Tracked Returns label to UK customers for items under 20kg and 61x42x42cm in size.
  
  If any other courier is used that has not been arranged by either ourselves or the eBay returns service, we will not be liable for the cost under any circumstances.
  
  What is the returns process?
  

  • Package your item for safe travel. Please open an eBay returns case for approval and the return instructions will be provided.
  • Please keep your receipt for proof-of-postage. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund lost items. If you are using one of our returns labels, simply take the item to your local PostOffice.
  • Send us an eBay message if you would like to query your return after this time.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund accordingly within 5 working days.
• Warranty

  Warranty
  For low value parts we offer a 12-month replacement parts warranty subject to requested images being provided that suitably demonstrate that the part failed prematurely through no reason other than a manufacturing defect. Where the outcome of this is unclear we will attempt to reach an amicable settlement with customers in most cases.
  For high value parts we offer a 12-month replacement parts warranty subject in most cases to the part being returned for inspection. Where parts show significant signs of use we reserve the right to deduct from any warranty a pro-rata wear and tear element.
  In all cases parts must have been used for their intended purpose and where appropriate must have been serviced and maintained to any reasonable industry standard.
  

  
  

  All sales to all destinations
  As per our terms and conditions at the base of every listing all transactions will have been deemed to have been made in England to which English law will apply. The decision to purchase confirms you have read, understood and agree with all terms and conditions of sale.
