This women's hat is 100% black wool with formed mesh in the back and wide mesh in the front.  It was made in the USA.  It measures 7" from front to back.  The brand is Deborah.  It can be worn to church services and it can be worn to funerals since the mesh in the front comes down over the the eyes.  Beautiful!!
