Electronics has been serving Northeast Wisconsin residential and commercial
customers since 1951. We are manufacturer-authorized dealers for the leading
audio/video electronics brands in the industry, and feature a
factory-authorized service center for televisions, video and home audio
in-store. We are a Better Business Bureau A+ rated business committed to
customer service. All items on our eBay store ship directly from our retail
store in Appleton, Wisconsin.

PAYMENT: We
accept Paypal only for eBay store items. We appreciate buyers who make prompt
payment. The sooner the payment is completed, the sooner your items arrive! If
payment is not made within 4 calendar days of purchase/auction close, we
reserve the right to open an unpaid item case in the Resolution Center.
SHIPPING: Buyer
is responsible for insured shipping/freight costs unless item is marked as
“free shipping.” We ship only to the lower 48 United States (no International
or PO Box) unless expressly specified in an individual listing. Please check
your eBay address prior to payment to ensure our items are delivered to the
correct address. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable
addresses.
SHIPPING TIMES:
All items in our eBay store ship within two business days of a completed
payment, though our goal is to ship the same day whenever possible. Business
hours for eBay shipping are typically 9 am to 4 pm CDT Monday through Friday. Shipping
may be delayed when orders occur near national holidays like Christmas and
Thanksgiving.
SHIPPING MATERIALS:
In order to minimize the amount of packaging we dispose of, items may ship in
reused or recycled boxes and padding material unless otherwise noted. Certain
items may ship in their original manufacturer packaging with mailing labels
directly affixed (especially in cases of large items). If you have special
requirements for shipping, please contact us prior to payment. Special shipping
requests may incur handling fees.
MULTIPLE STOCK ITEMS: When we have
multiple pieces of a single item in stock, the condition of the packaging you
receive may slightly vary from the one shown in pictures. When the condition
varies substantially (ie. Packaging slightly opened due to age, plastic
yellowing or faded due to age or sun exposure, etc.), we will typically list
items separately and price each class of item separately according to the
condition. We do our best to specify the condition of items as accurately as
possible to ensure you are getting what you are expecting.
RETURNS: If items
are marked as returns accepted, returns are accepted within 14 days. Buyer pays
return shipping. If restocking fees apply, it will be specified in the
individual description. If item is marked as no returns, no returns are
accepted. If you are buying a particular part or accessory, please verify
before bidding or buying that it is compatible with your existing model.
Technical support is not available on eBay store items. If there are problems
with your order, please contact us before leaving feedback, so we can work to
remedy the situation.
SALES TAX: As we are a physical
retailer in Wisconsin, we collect 5.5% sales tax if an item is sold to and/or
shipped to Wisconsin addresses. Sales tax, if required, is also charged on
shipping.
LOCAL PICKUP:
Free pickup is available in lieu of shipping if buyer chooses to pick up item
at our retail store in Appleton, WI. Sales tax of 5.5% will be charged on items
picked up in our retail store. Items must be picked up within 4 business days
of the item purchase or auction close (retail store open Monday through
Saturday – see Google for current daily store hours).
