U.S. Buyer pays the postage cost shown in the shipping calculator below. To qualify for combined shipping, all items should close on the same day and all must be paid for together in the same single payment through eBay, so be sure to request a new total from seller before remitting payment if you win more than one item!

HELLO! EACH EBAY SELLER HAS THEIR OWN UNIQUE TERMS OF SALE, SO PLEASE TAKE JUST A MOMENT TO READ THIS LISTING PAGE. REMEMBER, BY PURCHASING OR PLACING A BID YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS IN ADVANCE. THANK YOU!

GENERAL INFORMATION: I can often combine like items that close on the same day and that are paid for together in one payment through eBay. To qualify for combined shipping, the items should close on the same day and all items MUST be paid for together in the same single payment through eBay. Be sure to request a new combined total from seller before remitting payment if you win more than one item.

Please note that my thousands of listed items come from many different sources. While ours is a smoke, furred and feathered pet-free home, some items may have come from homes or businesses with smokers and/or pets. If you are very sensitive to these issues, please contact me before bidding on an item.

All items are guaranteed to be as described and to arrive in that same condition. However, because I offer many different kinds of items, many in used and/or vintage condition, including vintage photographic, electrical and electronic components and equipment, all items are sold without additional or extended warranty of any kind.

SHIPPING CHARGES & SCHEDULE: Sellers are ONLY allowed to ship items to the address provided to us by eBay with your payment. Be certain to have the correct address listed BEFORE you remit payment. Please do NOT ask me to ship to a different address.

The auction winner or purchaser will pay the shipping charges as shown in the eBay shipping calculator on the listing page. All items shipped through the USPS now include Package Tracking for your convenience.

I ship at least twice each week, normally on Wednesday and Friday (subject to change for occasional holidays, vacations, family obligations, etc.). Your payment must be received before 9AM Pacific Time on a shipping day to ship that same day. Because of this twice weekly shipping schedule, I am not normally able to offer rush next day or expedited shipping, but you may certainly ask to upgrade your shipping to a faster shipping method at additional cost if you need to receive an item quickly.

USPS SHIPPING TIMESPLEASE NOTE THAT SOME CARRIERS HAVE ANOUNCED THAT THEY ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS IN SHIPPING TIMES. PLEASE BE EXTRA PATIENT DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME FOR BOTH BUYERS AND SELLERS, ESPECIALLY WITH USPS MEDIA MAIL AND FIRST CLASS PACKAGE MAIL, WHICH IS SOMETIMES TAKING FOUR WEEKS OR MORE IN TRANSIT. Please understand that no seller has any control over carrier shipping times, and that the Expected Delivery date provided by eBay is just their estimate based on normal average shipping times. Allow the following shipping times depending upon your distance from CA 92025 and the shipping method for which you selected and/or paid: USPS First Class Package Mail averages 1-5 business days, but can sometimes take up to four weeks. USPS Priority Mail averages 1-3 business-days, but can take up to two weeks. USPS Media Mail averages 3-10 business-days, but can sometimes take over one month. Seasonally, especially during the Holiday Season, the mails can take even longer. Please do not give any seller that ships promptly less than a five-star rating because of slow USPS shipping and delivery times.

PAYMENT & SALES TAX: I accept all of the payment methods offered by eBay Managed Payments. Note that laws now require eBay to collect state sales tax for most states. All sales are considered final.

CANADIAN & INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Sorry, due to too many issues, I no longer ship items internationally.

EMAIL NOTICES, QUESTIONS AND FEEDBACK: Please try to email any questions at least 48 hours before the end of the listing to allow me time to respond. eBay will send you a dated confirmation of your payment to me and I will ship your item the very next twice weekly shipping day after receipt of your cleared payment. Please rest assured that I will always attempt to ship exactly as described in these terms, your acceptance of which is a binding condition of bidding on my listings. eBay now automatically leaves you positive feedback after they see that you have feedback for me. Thank you very much!

RECORD GRADING USED FOR MY RECORDS:

NEAR MINT (NM OR M-)

NM records are shiny, with no visible defects. Writing, stickers or other markings cannot appear on the label, nor can any “spindle marks” from someone trying to blindly put the record on the turntable. Major factory defects also must be absent; a record and label obviously pressed off center is not Near Mint. If played, it will do so with no surface noise. (NM records don’t have to be “never played”; a record used on an excellent turntable can remain NM after many plays if the disc is properly cared for.)

NM covers are free of creases, ring wear and seam splits of any kind.

VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+)

or EXCELLENT (E)
VG+ records may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK. Minor signs of handling are OK, too, such as telltale marks around the center hole, but repeated playing has not misshapen the hole. There may be some very light ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable.

VG+ covers should have only minor wear. A VG+ cover might have some very minor seam wear or a split (less than one inch long) at the bottom, the most vulnerable location. Also, a VG+ cover may have some defacing, such as a cut-out marking. Covers with cut-out markings can never be considered Near Mint.

Very Good (VG)
VG records have more obvious flaws than their counterparts in better shape. They lack most of the original gloss found on factory-fresh records. Groove wear is evident on sight, as are light scratches deep enough to feel with a fingernail. When played, a VG record has surface noise, and some scratches may be audible, especially in soft passages and during a song’s intro and ending. But the noise will not overpower the music otherwise.

Minor writing, tape or a sticker can detract from the label. Many collectors who have jukeboxes will use VG records in them and not think twice. They remain a fine listening experience, just not the same as if it were in better shape.

VG covers will have many signs of human handling. Ring wear in the middle or along the edges of the cover where the edge of a record would reside, is obvious, though not overwhelming. Some more creases might be visible. Seam splitting will be more obvious; it may appear on all three sides, though it won’t be obvious upon looking. Someone might have written or it or stamped a price tag on it, too.

Good (G)
Good Plus (G+)
or Very Good Minus (VG–)

Good does not mean bad! The record still plays through without skipping, so it can serve as filler until something better comes along. But it has significant surface noise and groove wear, and the label is worn, with significant ring wear, heavy writing, or obvious damage caused by someone trying to remove tape or stickers and failing miserably. A Good to VG– cover has ring wear to the point of distraction, has seam splits obvious on sight and may have even heavier writing, such as, for example, huge radio station letters written across the front to deter theft.
