The JBA 1832S Shorty Headers are high‑performance exhaust headers designed for 1996–2000 Chevrolet and GMC full‑size trucks and SUVs equipped with 5.0 L and 5.7 L small block V8 engines without air injection. These direct‑fit Cat4ward® headers replace restrictive cast iron manifolds with mandrel‑bent 1.5″ primary tubes and JBA’s patented Firecone collectors to improve exhaust scavenging, increase low‑to‑mid RPM power, and reduce backpressure.

Constructed from durable 409 stainless steel with thick machined flanges for a precise seal, the 1832S headers include all required hardware and gaskets for professional installation.
