Shipping information

We strive to dispatch orders the same working day. In 99% of cases we achieve this. It is only affected by issues out of our control (illness, snow, aliens landing etc).

Our default shipping service is 2nd class post. It is possible to upgrade shipping on all of our listings to a 1st class signed for service. With both services you stand a chance of receiving the item the next working day (including Saturday). However, with the 1st class service it is more likely.

In the very worst case scenario, it is possible for both services to take up to 15 working days to arrive.

Returns policy

If you are not happy with your order neither are we. Simply return your item (within 30 days of purchase) in the same condition that you received it and we will happily give you a full refund.

If your item is defective (please accept our apologies) and you are unable to return it in the same condition contact us. We will happily refund you if it was our bad.
