Product Description

The ACT HC10-HDSS is a Heavy Duty Performance Street Sprung clutch kit with flywheel for the Honda/Acura 1.5L turbo platform with 6-speed manual transmission. Fitment covers the 2017–2026 Honda Civic Si, 2017–2024 Civic Hatchback and Sedan trims with the 1.5T and 6MT, 2018–2020 Accord Sport, and 2023–2026 Acura Integra A-Spec. Note that the 2025+ Civic Hatchback Sport and Sport Touring switched to a 2.0L hybrid powertrain and no longer offer the 1.5T/6MT -- only the Civic Si retains the 1.5T manual for 2025–2026. This is a complete conversion kit -- the included ACT single-mass flywheel (601190) replaces the factory dual-mass flywheel. The Heavy Duty pressure plate delivers a 63% increase in torque capacity over OE at 363 ft-lbs with a 15–40% pedal effort increase.

The Performance Street sprung disc features premium organic friction materials with high copper content for improved heat transfer and steel-backed lining for greater burst strength and durability. Reduced marcel provides faster shift action to complement the ACT pressure plate. The double-sprung hub delivers quiet operation with increased strength and reliability -- designed for street, drag, autocross, road racing, rally, and drift. The entire assembly is computer spin balanced to within .25 oz-in for smooth operation across the full RPM range. Break-in requires 300–500 miles of mild engagement before spirited driving.
