We are estimating the waist size at 28"  based upon the flat outside measurement taken with the orange tape measure in the pictures. Inseam measures 29.5"    Wear consistent with age and use.  These are soiled, very  worn...trashed as pictured.  One of the hooks needs to be replaced.   No size tags.
